Oliver Roworth BSc CEng MIStructE
Oliver is the Founder and Director of Elisium Developments, born and bread in Hertfordshire, Oliver is a Chartered structural engineer who has over 15 years experience in the the construction and property industries, from project inception and financing, through the planning, design & construction phases, and on to end use and property management. Oliver’s career has seen him undertake lead design and site roles in two countries on construction projects up to £40million in value, has developed numerous properties and has built a successful property management business. Oliver has also undertaken extensive supplementary training and personal development programs.
